Hello World!!

I just wanted to take a moment to say hello from Healthcare Education Solutions and introduce myself.

My name is Matt Norman. I’ve been a nurse since 2000. I spent most of my career in the emergency department. In addition, I’ve done nursing informatics, interventional radiology, and outpatient oncology, and I have worked as a nurse educator for the past five years in hospitals and a university.

I LOVE teaching. I love pretty much everything about it. I love being in front of people. I love the challenge of taking content that can sometimes be pretty dry and make it engaging and interesting. I love preparing for class. I love the moment when a person in a class “gets it”.

Healthcare Education Solutions was born from this passion for education.

Through HES, I’m working to bring my passion for education and my decades of healthcare experience to provide classes that give people who take care of other people the tools they need to do an even better job with that.
